Lateness
Please be respectful of the artist’s time. Anastasia Chicago is usually booked 5 days a week, and while plenty of time is allotted for your appointment, rushing your service or being late for the next guests appointment is not encouraged. There is a waiting area should you choose to be a little earlier for your appointment . In the event that you are more than 15 minutes late, you may be asked to reschedule with a $100 inconvenience fee.
Touch Ups
Your first touch up is complimentary. For microblading, this can be scheduled no sooner than 4 weeks and no later than 10 weeks following your first session. For PMU, this can be scheduled no sooner than 6 weeks and no later than 12 weeks following your first session. Touch up are typically booked during your first visit. This enhancement session is crucial for the best results. Additional touch up appointments may be needed for oily, problematic skin, those with dark pigmented skin and people who do not follow after care instructions properly.
Existing Brow Tattoos//Old PMU
We are selective when working over existing tattoos and other artist’s work. If you have had your eyebrows previously tattooed, please book an in-person consultation, or email is clear photos of your brows BEFORE booking an appointment. In addition to the photos, please include a ballpark of the time you received treatment and how many visits you had. Sometimes we are not able to correct and will refer client to a trusted laser tech for color removal.

Microblading is a multi-step appointment process. Healed results will vary with each individual client. NO guarantees will be made. It’s possible that additional sessions be required to reach desired results ( at an additional charge).Although we give our best efforts to provide you with quality service, many factors come into play during healing phase as each clients healing is different. In order for your new brows to heal the best way possible, it is crucial that all Pre & Post Care instructions are followed.
